Team description: The Marketing an PR Communication department deals with all communication for PR and Marketing for a number of Boutique Hotels, a travel company and a large golf and apartment development. The department role is to support the Sales department for the Hotel Room, Sales and Real Estate Sales for the golf development primarily in the UK, Spanish, Canadian and Italian Markets. Required Skills: - Research - Maintenance of Web - Databases - Assisting in implementation of Marketing Plans. - Assist in Production of Marketing Materials. - Assist in evaluation of Campaigns and research into future campaigns - Assist in Design of Marketing Materials - Answer phone and refer callers to Marketing Dept. - Take part in Meetings with providers, journalists and other departments. - Assist in organization of events and cultural activities to support marketing dept Personal required skills: - Beginner written and spoken Spanish - Good I.T skills - Excellent Communicator - Good English writing skills - Very detailed orientation - Ability to work efficiently and effectively to deadlines Placement conditions proposed by the company - Starting time: 21st June 2010 - Location of the placement: Madrid - Duration of placement: 12 months - Hours of Work: 9 am – 6 pm incl. 1 hr lunch break - Payment: According to Spanish Law: 300 Euros/month - Holiday entitlement: 22 days - Student must be in second or penultimate year of study If you are interested in applying for this position, please submit a short cover letter and C.V no later than the 3rd May 2010.
